Bates Motel Spoilers: Season 5 Trailer Get More Darker
Fans can't wait for the fifth season of Bates Motel, and A&E released a preview of the show's finale. The video gives us an insight of what to expect from the final season. In the fourth season, we saw Norman (Freddie Highmore) killing his mother and now fans are curious about what he did with his mother's body. The video also gives a glimpse of what Norman's home looks like without Norma.
A report on Entertainment Weekly, reveals that the series' executive producers Carlton Cuse and Kerry Ehrin always planned a five-season arc for the famous mother-son story. The series by produced by Universal Television for A&E Network along with Cuse Productions and Kerry Ehrin Productions. Tucker Gates, Farmiga and Tom Szentgyorgyi also serve as executive producers.
From the trailer released, it looks like the Psycho prequel is getting darker. "Six words to be exact - a call from 'Mother': 'Norman... dinner' to which Norman replies, 'I'll be back soon.' There is much suspense, however, set to the tune of Rosemary Clooney's 1950s hit 'Come On-A My House,' Deadline.com described the trailer.
The report further states that the story will continue almost two years after the death of his mother and Norman is now a grown man now with dual personalities. For the outside world, he is a happy, well-behaved member of the White Pine Bay community but at home, he is a violent, full-on psychosis. On the other hand, Dylan Massett (Max Thierot) and Emma Decody (Olivia Cooke), lead a happy life as they are unaware of Norma' death and Norman's insanity. But the happiness will not last long as they find out the truth. And finally, Alex Romero (Nestor Carbonell) is on a vengeful mission to destroy his stepson who has murdered his true love, Norma.
Season 5 premieres February 20 at 10 PM on A&E.
