Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 Hints Foldable Display In 3 Variants

The Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 is rumored to launch with specs similar to the high end Lumia phones. On that note, the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 may release with the very powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor in the hood. Moreover, rumors have been circulating that the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 would launch in three variants and may roll out with a foldable display.

Reports claim that the Lumia phones may have become unpopular that lead the company to create the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017. The device is expected to be a powerful tablet that may compete with the iPhone Plus line. Additionally, recent leaks claim that the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 would sport Lumia XL features.

Moreover, the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 is expected to pack 6GB RAM, a Snapdragon 835 processor and Microsoft's Windows 10 Mobile Redstone 3. Moreover, the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 may include a Continuum support to allow users to use Surface accessories with the Windows Phone.

In addition, the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 may feature Quick Charge 4.0 to provide 5 hours of power with 5 minutes of charging. Rumor has it that the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 would be launched in high end, hybrid or deluxe and mid-range variants, Express reported.  

Meanwhile, the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 is believed to feature a large 5.5 inch screen display with quad HD resolution and 1440 x 2560 pixel resolution. Rumor has it that the smartphone may also feature a foldable display, PC Advisor reported. However, several reports doubt that the device actually exists.

The Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 is yet to be confirmed and may not make it to the Mobile World Congress 2017 this month. In the meantime, the Microsoft Surface Phone 2017 may also sport an updated version of Continuum making the smartphone function as a computer when it is connected to an external monitor. The device is believed to run on Windows 10 OS as well.
