'Game of Thrones' Gory Battle Recreated With Total War Mod
The new Total War update gives a familiar feel for Game of Thrones fans. Although this isn't the first "Game of Thrones" mod for Total War, it still caters to a whole new set of audience as it was designed to bring the look of Game of Thrones to the world of Westeros.
Since the "Game of Thrones" characters do not usually last long in the series, this video game mob might help you bring back the infamous character like Jon Snow in the battle scene. If you ever wonder what would have happened between Ned Stark and Tywin Lannister clash, this is probably your kind of thing.
According to The Verge, the Seven Kingdoms: Total War is a complete faction and unit overhaul based on and inspired by "A Song of Ice and Fire / Game of Thrones". The mod strives to accurately recreate and depict all major land forces of the Seven Kingdoms of Westeros using equipment, uniforms, and general aesthetics from the series.
According to Parallel State, this reworking of Total War: Attila doesn't introduce a new campaign map, but instead focuses on the game's custom battles. The mod have received a couple of updates since its launch back in December 2016. However, Seven Kingdoms: Total War already boasts 20 separate armies across eight Westeros factions, with 35 different generals to pick from.
The Seven Kingdoms Development Team has updated its GoT-inspired Seven Kingdom mod to include Free-Folk, the Night's Watch, House Hornwood, and 15 new characters such as the dearly Ned Stark, Roose Bolton, mance Rayder, and Loras Tyrell as playable generals. All of which means you can recreate every battle scene. It is an incredibly detailed Game of Thrones battle simulator for Total War nerds.
