‘Arrow’ Features the Arrival of a New Vigilante Tina Boland, Also Known as the Black Canary, Juliana Harkavy

The exploration for a new Black Canary is now officially on. Part of the new "Arrow" Season 5 Episode 10 entitled "Second Chances," the new vigilante will be played by Juliana Harkavy.

As revealed by TV Line, The CW midseason series premiere is having a girl in Hub City with a long brown pair of bullies, also skilled with a loud sonic scream. In the next episode this Wednesday "Second Chances," Team Arrow will discover more about the detective vigilante Tina Boland which is played by Juliana Harkavy.

"The people in Arrow series are so excited about Juliana. She is amazing in a way that helps the series more intriguing," said co-showrunner Wendy Mericle.

In the story of the series, Tina Boland carries an acid tongue along with her bad ass move. This girl will put a different energy and a different affection to the show. She has a lot of emotional connection to the leading hero Oliver Quinn. She has also come from a tragic story that makes the new Black Canary so interesting to watch.

The CW has recently released a short video from the much-awaited episode 10 "Second Chances." It can be seen in the video about the glimpse meeting of Oliver Quinn and Tina Boland, but it looks like the Black Canary doesn't seem to like Oliver's fashion sense.

As for Oliver Quinn, he is on a quest to defeat Kovar but he needed help from Talia al Ghul; a guest star in the previous episode. Talia al Ghul wants something from Oliver as an exchange for his help, but Oliver can't accept it. While Felinity tries to hack NSA to free Diggle but his effort failed. Meanwhile, their teammate Curtis told the team about the new vigilante which is Tina Bolland, according to Comic Book.

"Arrow" Season 5 Episode 10 entitled "Second Chances" was written by Sarah Tarkoff and Speed Weed, also directed by Mark Bunting. It will air this coming February 1, 2017, at The CW.
