Pope Francis Sent Best Wishes for Trump Amidst Uncertainties

The Roman Catholic's highest priest- Pope Francis stated that he will not be giving any opinion either a positive or a negative point with regards to Donald Trump as the new president of U.S. The Pope mentioned that he wants to know more Trump as well as the new policies that the new president will implement in his administration.

According to Reuters,  Pope Francis stated his desire that President Trump will still be guided by ethical values. In this way, President Trump will have the willingness and action to help the poor and the outcast during his term as the head of the United States.

"I think that we must wait and see. I don't like to get ahead of myself nor judge people prematurely," the Pope stated in an exclusive interview with a Spanish newspaper named El Pais.

The Pope also emphasized that President Trump should be observed according to the things that he will do in next months and years. Pope Francis also said that it will be better to wait rather than over rejoicing or being afraid for the future. 

Meanwhile, according to Vatican Radio, Pope Francis freely sent his best wishes for Donald trump as he takes over the White House in Washington, D.C. in the U.S. "Under your leadership, may America's stature continue to be measured above all by its concern for the poor, the outcast and those in need who, like Lazarus, stand before our door." Moreover, Pope Francis also emphasized that he highly hopes that President Trump's decision will be based on the historic commitment of the American people in the advancement of human dignity and the freedom they have internationally.
