‘How To Get Away With Murder’ Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 10 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In ‘We’re Bad People’?

Now that "How To Get Away With Murder" viewers know that Wes Gibbins (Alfred Enoch) is under the sheet, the million dollar question of Season 3 is: Who killed him? While these questions will soon be answered, many new things are soon to unfold.

Disney ABC Press released the official synopsis of the upcoming episode, titled "We're Bad People." Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) is in jail and faces charges of committing arson and first-degree murder. While she whiles away her time in prison, the District Attorney's office is busy building a case against her. The office was investigating her before the night of the fire.

The police will try to find out what happened to Wes on the night of the house fire. They question everyone, including Laurel (Karla Souza). Speaking of Laurel, Hollywood Take reports that "How To Get Away Murder" Season 3, episode 10 will reveal the identity of Laurel's child's father. The episode will pick up hours after the winter finale.

The Season 3 mid-season premiere will also reveal a major storyline involving Michael's (Aja Naomi King) mother Trishelle (Brett Butler). Annalise will reevaluate her relationship with Frank (Charlie Weber) when she is in jail. The ABC series' showrunner, Peter Nowalk, said, "I think for Annalise it's, is she going to need him now? We've never seen her be less powerful than in this moment."

Nowalk told TVLine that the second half of Season 3 is going to be very dark but also cathartic. "Annalise is in a real pickle with this loss," he explained, "Her life is going to get much more complicated and she's going to hit rock bottom -- more so than we've ever seen. And that's fun, only because you get to see Viola [Davis] do it."

Meanwhile, Wes will be seen in flashbacks. The Keating 4 will try to cope with the realization that one of their own is now dead.
