'This is Us' Updates, Spoilers: Dr. K Highlights Latest Episode

The new episode of This is Us will feature the fan favorite Dr. K (Gerald McRaney). Dr. K was the doctor who helped Rebecca gave birth to the Big Three. The doctor gained attention through little appearances that that brought laughter and tears to the audience. But the latest episode will surely make you cry.

According to E News, the episode 12 is titled "The Big Day". It featured the backstory of Dr. K before the triplets were born. During this time, he still could not accept the fact that the love of his life, his wife, has passed away 14 months ago (eonline.com).  Besides Dr. K, there were also other characters' tragedy that was featured on episode 12.

William (Ron Cephas Jones) who was also suffering made a decision to drop his boy at the fire station. At the receiving end was Joe. Joe was the firefighter who delivered baby Randall (Sterling K. Brown) to the hospital. Joe's marriage with Samantha is falling apart, and he asked a priest for a miracle to save him and the woman he loved from such tragedy. Joe took the baby home as he believes it is the miracle he had asked (tvfanatic.com).

According to TV Fanatic, Rebecca (Mandy Moore) is suffering from a mental breakdown after a lot has happened especially when Toby was found out to be suffering from cardiac arrhythmia. Rebecca forgot her husband's birthday but Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) still chose to be at her side. Rebecca does not worry about Jack's abilities as a father but she worries at her own capabilities as a wife and a mother (tvfanatic.com).

Without the other three, Jack might have nothing to say to his wife when she felt three babies inside her. She felt they were really meant to have these three children.This is Us airs every Tuesday at 9 p.m. on NBC.
