'Sleeping Beauties': Stephen King Announces His Upcoming Book With The Collaboration Of His Son
The American author of famous horror novel and film, Stephen King announced his latest book, "Sleeping Beauties," which he worked on with son, Owen King. The father and son novel author were giving readers and fans a good work for keeping them wide awake on the new book.
Stephen King collaboration with his son on writing a novel is not his first time. In fact, his older son, Joe Hill joined him in writing the novels such as "In the Tall Grass," and "Throttle," as mentioned in Bustle's report. Moreover, the collaboration of the suspense novel "Sleeping Beauties" by Stephen King and Owen King was already announced in 2016.
Stephen King's official website hinted on what will happen if all the women unoccupied the world. Stephen and Owen King's "Sleeping Beauties" will focus on the mysterious thing that happened to the women when they go into a deep sleep and who will save them from the instances.
"Sleeping Beauties" is set in a little Appalachian town in a dystopian future, according to Huffington Post. Meanwhile, Owen King posted on his Twitter account the cover photo of "Sleeping Beauties" as well as an article from Entertainment Weekly, which mentioned an excerpt from the book.
It is a very productive year of Stephen King since his remake of the film "It," which is based on the 1986 novel, is doing great. The 69-year old author has been a veteran in writing horror, supernatural fiction, science fiction, fantasy and suspense novel, which will be adadpted into films, like "The Dark Tower" that will be released this August.
Stephen King's children inherit his skills of writing novels since his eldest daughter and his two sons are the authors of their own books. However, Joe Hill has been more like his father for his massive success on his novels and becoming a comic book writer.
