69th Kiwanis Music Festival Held To Welcome Creativity
Began in 1949, Kiwanis Music Festival once again held its annual event for this year. This 69th annual event hosted by Kiwanis Club of Pembroke aims to provide a venue for Pembroke residents and young people to expose their talents. Their performance is then directed feedback from well-known adjudicators.
Proven its advantages from previous years, this event is able to attract many applicants for this time around. Co-chair Vijay Raghavan said more than 500 participants will be on stage to show their talents. This event is a great opportunity to present art and cultural performances.
Vijay considers this event provides a big contribution in improving children's attention for arts and culture. He said, it can increase interest in arts and culture and at the same time it can be a valuable avenue to find gifted and talented children. The Daily Observer said providing a forum to show children creation can help children in determining their prospect for their future plan as he said.
