‘Resident Evil’ Review: Movie Franchise Can Still Get Back Using Their Feet to the Filming Industry

In "Resident Evil" worldwide movie franchise history, its gross reached up to $951 million regarding with their latest installment "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter." Different critics have been made with their movies; some are pretty bad enough but for those diehard fans of the franchise, it's okay.

In the gaming industry "Resident Evil" put a mark; it's one of the most acknowledgeable and influential video game franchises ever. Their video games were installed with a modern survival horror themed game which fights with the zombies using ammunitions and healing potions, as reported by Cinema Blend.

Enough with the video-game were here to talk about the movie franchise. The first "Resident Evil" movie was released way back 2002, equipped with a horror beginning but the movie changes its theme into an apocalyptic sci-fi along with clones, mutant and hybrid zombies. But fans want more than that, they have had enough with that zombie apocalyptic survival environment. They want a franchise reboot.

The movie franchise must have a right director that fits their desired outcome, in terms of production, screenplay, role plays and everything that will sum up into a very excellent "Resident Evil" movie. The official director was Paul W.S Anderson, the guy that has a good quality passion for the series. He directed and produced all six franchise movie including "Resident Evil: The Final Chapter."

One of the biggest facing problems of the production is leading star Alice played by Milla Jovovich, which is a known protagonist in all six movies. She's the most recognizable character in the cast; she's also the director's wife. According to the reports of GQ, Alice is a ridiculous character along with her gun expertise with super powers, amnesiac martial arts skills, and telekinesis ability that makes the character impossible to achieve in a serious reality situation.

If ever they are planning for a new "Resident Evil" movie installment, they don't need zombies anymore, enough with that. The franchise has introduced so many villains, both monsters, and human; in terms of clones and mutants.

What do you think? You can write and comment below if you have suggestions. Do they need to reboot?
